Campercontact: A database of stops all over Europe
Park4Night: Seems to have a few places to stay but not sure yet how useful.
SearchforSites: After a short trial this seems the most useful app.
Other Motorhome owners:
OurTour.co.uk: This couple have been travelling forever and will certainly be our first stop for anything.
